Angeliki Angelidi is a Medical Doctor Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Researcher with a particular interest in Diabetes, Obesity, Metabolism and related disorders. Her clinical work experience spans multiple years treating patients with metabolic disorders and other medical conditions. Dr. Angelidi holds a PhD in the field of Diabetes. As a researcher she has published papers in peer-reviewed journals, she serves as a reviewer in several medical journals and she has earned multiple awards and distinctions for her work, including the scholarship of the Hellenic Endocrine Society for “Diabetes training abroad”.

Since 2019 she lives in Boston as a postdoctoral research fellow affiliated with Harvard Medical School. During 2019-2021, she was a research fellow at Mantzoros Lab, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, Department Medicine, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) & Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA.

Since 2021, Dr. Angelidi is part of Dr. Hirschhorn’s research team, Division of Endocrinology, Boston Children's Hospital (BCH), & Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA. Moreover, Dr. Angelidi is affiliated with Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard University.

As a doctor and researcher, I aim to incorporate new technological advances for the benefit of health, to treat human diseases, particularly in the field of metabolic disorders.
